Comment moderation by community

Apparently admins and mods aren't keeping up with comment moderation, instead of adding new mods, I'll introduce a new way of moderating comments, our community of active members will become comment moderators, you can read up on it here:

Until then, you may notice some oddities on the site, they will only last for seconds.
