For anyone who is into Neural Networks here, I wonder whether you can recommend a book or a .pdf that is a good guide to construct a Neural Network. I have seen a lot of that on the web but I don't know which ones are especially helpful and are easy to understand. Interesting topics would be BackPropagation and Perceptron Networks, Transfer functions, and Layers. Any recommendation would be very helpful!
