Google around for "bypass proxy"; many good services will pop up, try them. 

Now that's a game I fancy; SSH Tunnelling. The trick is to find someone at the other side of the wall who'd run an SSH server for ya and would tolerate with bandwidth you'd suck.
But why would you need it? Aloola keeps pretty much all useful ports open, and so are the rest of ISPs I believe.

OK , Thanx man i'll try that idea and i think i have pretty much good friends who would share some bandwidth with since i don't care that much about downloading or any thing that consum the bandwidth.

i'm not a user of any Syrian ISP cause i'm an employee in the S.T.E. and we have direct connection to the PDN but i always have problems with our firewall keepers who always want to try what they have learnt recently from their course

And They often bother me with blocking the torrent or the MSN messenger by any means they have ...

As far as I know, no, Tor is a network whereas an SSH tunnel is a direct connection between two computers.

I have a bad experience with Tor on dial-up, horrible slowness to a degree that it stops being a practical venture.

بس برأيي استعمل برنامج Ultra Surf بكون أحسن أكيد

جربو الـ ultra surf ... برنامج خفيف ونضيف ...

لما تشغل البرنامج بيفتح أحد الـ ports وانت اتركو شغال للبرنامج وافتح النت

وبتفتح كل المواقع معك

البرنامج صغير وما بدو setup ... 

open CMD >>> type : tracert website_name(there is one space between tracert and website_name)
then >> take the the first IP that appeared and copy-paste it in the browser URL
unfortunately,not all blocked websites will open with this way ,but I tried it with youtube.com and it opened

طيب بدل ما تعمل trace لمسار الـ routing ... ما فينك تعمل ping وتاخد الـ ip
