Sony Japan has released the firmware version 4.0 for its Sony PSP console. The new firmware allows you to adjust the video playback to slow motion at 0.5X the speed or FF at 2X speed with its new “up” and “down” keys on the screen. Operation is possible only for video recorder on the Memory Stick and not on UMD’s. Another thing will be the long awaited Google search button, yeah, it is added too and also stores previous 20 searches.
