changing linux session

I have an OpenSuse installed on my pc , so I was logged in using KDE4 session type , after that I logged off and try to change the session in usual I use KDE or gnome but today I wanted to try something else so I change the session to ICEVM , and here began the problems the screen switched to black with only the muse courser is seen in it , and unfortunately I made auto logging turned on I tried to reboot but ,with no hope at all boot with the safe mode , nothing changed so what I have to do to change the session type and get back to kde or gnome??? and how I change the auto logging feature so I could change the session any idea about that and don't ever tell me I have to format because I will not

This is called login manager
Try these solutions
When you are in, press ctrl + alt + backspace
you should be redirected to login screen 
if not, try this :
Open the file /etc/X11/default-display-manager with your editor of choice. Make sure you invoke that editor as root, otherwise it won't work. In that file there's a single line: /usr/bin/something Change that to /usr/bin/gdm and save the file. Reboot and you're in Gnome.
If neither solution works, just tell us

thanx همامit has been solved
it cost me as you said just pressing alt+ctrl+backspace
and i have been redirected to login manager
